This weekend has been me transitioning into the new crazy week but somehow I feel a lot more relaxed (even if I’m not ready) as compared to the first day. I have more of an idea of how everything will all work out rather than stressing chaotically. I had to totally extricate myself from thinking about it, recharge, and jump back in again. It’s all about learning how I plan.
I have to remember that it is less than two weeks, and not forever. I find myself getting excited for school that starts in a month. It’s a responsibility that only effects me rather than a whole bunch of children. Teaching is hard work.
Life is hard work in general. But we will be richly rewarded for the confidence we hold. Remember that, and that he is also so in love with us.
“In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.” -Ephesians 6:17-18
